The wire remains in the seam in violation of the synchronization and the wire feed speed of welding head.
The defect is not valid and the junction with the specified defects are subject to mandatory repairs.
In the picture, the remnants of the wire can be seen in the form of the regular-shaped ring, with a diameter approximately equal to or slightly larger than the diameter of the welding wire.
